This play almost made the list yesterday, but we just couldn’t pull the trigger, much to our dismay. This afternoon, however, we are pulling that trigger and staking some more units against this Rockies pitching staff. 

We get another chance to beat up on Kyle Freeland and his 5.65 ERA and 1.49 WHIP. In 80 ABs against Freeland, the Braves are hitting him at a .287 AVG with a .329 OBP. With this history against Kyle Freeland, combined with the Rockies bad bullpen we think there can be some Atlanta runs in this one.

The Braves gave us a scare the other night, but easily cashed us on the Team total earlier this week. In their last 4 games, the Braves have scored 28 runs, and what better team to continue that streak against than Kyle Freeland and the Rockies’ abysmal bullpen. Give us an easy batting practice session for Atlanta in this one and send Freeland to the showers early.
